Free stress control classes
The classes will begin today and run through until Tuesday, 23 February from 1pm to 2.30pm each week.
The Stress Control sessions are designed for people who want to control common problems such as anxiety, depression, panic, poor sleep, burnout, loss of confidence or low self-esteem.

Hide AdThe classes are open to all ages and will teach people to ‘become their own therapist’ and participants will be encouraged to work hard at practicing the skills they learn.
Booklets, relaxation CDs and general information leaflets will be also provided.
People are advised to just turn up on the day and take a seat and learn about the different techniques for dealing with stress.
