Man arrested in Derry under Terrorism Act released pending report to PPS
A 29-year-old man arrested in the Creggan area of Derry under the Terrorism Act by Terrorism Investigation Unit detectives, has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The arrest was made on Tuesday, June 28.
Police said the man was arrested in connection with ongoing investigations into violent dissident republican activity.
